Tonia Kurth was born and raised in MN. As a young adult, she lived in SD where she attended USD, started her family, and began her real estate career in 2003. She found her way back to MN, attended UMN, started her coaching business, and rejoined Coldwell Banker Realty as a Realtor®. Sandy is a Minnesota native, MN Gopher alumni, and enjoys all that Minnesota has to offer. She is active in the community and is always quick to volunteer to be the hockey team manager, theater liaison for high school performances, and various volunteer engagements. She and her husband enjoy a busy life with two teenagers and two bulldogs. In her spare time, Sandy loves to travel with her friends and try new ways to keep fit and active - currently she is learning to love pickle ball.

Dan graduated from Bemidji State University with a BS in Communications. In addition to his Real Estate career, Dan also owns a live production company servicing Fortune 500 companies and Non-Profit organizations. Dan is a straightforward, outgoing and fiercely detail oriented individual.
In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife Kim and their dog an energetic rescue named Moxie. He also enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Dan has been a Mountain/Fat Biker for all his adult life. He has biked all over the country and Canada. Like a true Minnesotan, he does this in all 4 seasons! Along with being a Real Estate professional, Susan is always looking for new ways to be physically active and involved in community events. Susan is involved in both golf and bowling leagues.
